If you find your leg can not be super straight due to how wide your horse's barrel is, this seat will allow more room for your leg if you normally use a 17"-17.5" dressage seat. 

riders over 175#--it is recommended to purchase a Grandeur Physio Spanish Pad with inlays to help distribute weight better. Pad is found on website under Equipment
