Please Read Before Inquiring a Hidalgo Saddle

Hug Your Horse is happy to assist with Hidalgo saddle selection, sizing, and remote fitting; however, Hidalgo DEMO saddles are not currently available through the Hug Your Horse demo program.

Because I do not have retailer access to a demo saddle for each Hidalgo model and these saddles are individually ordered/imported, all Hidalgo saddles ordered through Hug Your Horse are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for trial, return, refund, or exchange, except in the case of a qualifying manufacturing defect or an order that was not produced as specified.

Would you prefer to demo a Hidalgo before purchasing? You are welcome to contact Hidalgo directly in Germany to inquire about their current demo options and purchase directly through them. Hidalgo can assist with fitting, or you may hire Hug Your Horse separately for independent remote fitting assistance while you demo or purchase directly through Hidalgo. www.hidalgo-sattel.at
